Chaotic Karting

Finally! I started this project before leaving to the beach in July and have been procrastinating like hell since. I freaking love the new Mario Kart, almost unlocked everything and am still very avid online. In fact I love it so much I had to draw something. I promised BlooperKoopa19 I'd include his character so there we go. Originally Ruffy was suppose to jump out of the water with a big splash but I failed at emulating the effect so I guess I'll try some other time. It's also the first time I tried blurring elements that are in the foreground. I think it worked out pretty well. Even though I needed some refs to get this done, I'm still satisfied how it came out, hopefully you guys like it, too.
